Returns & Exchange Policy

At Al-Eshraaf Co, your satisfaction matters to us. Our returns and exchanges follow Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.

1. Return & exchange period

You may return or exchange eligible goods within 15 days of the purchase date. (Kuwait law guarantees 14 days; we offer 15.)

2. Condition of returned goods

As required by law, returned goods must be in the same condition as when purchased — unused and in their original packaging, with all labels, tags, and accessories, and accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.

3. Refund

For eligible goods returned within the period and in the required condition, you are entitled to a full refund at no additional cost, refunded to the original payment method — or an exchange, at your choice.

4. Defective or non-conforming goods

If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or fully refunded at no extra cost, and to compensation for any harm caused by using the defective product, in accordance with the law. This applies even to the excluded categories listed below.

5. Goods excluded from return/exchange

By law (Article 14), the following are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

• Perishable goods
• Customized items
• Books
• Newspapers and magazines
• Software programs

6. How to return

7. Disputes

Any dispute may be referred to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry — Consumer Protection Department, State of Kuwait.
